At MediWaqt, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds for subscriptions and services.

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee for initial subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, you may request a full refund within this period.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund: (a) The request must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. (b) This must be the first refund request for the clinic. (c) Refunds do not cover additional fees paid for custom services (such as on-site training or custom data migration).

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@mediwaqt.com with your invoice number and reason for the refund. Your request will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, the same 14-day policy applies. After this period, the remaining value of the subscription cannot be refunded except in exceptional cases and at our sole discretion.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and the subscription will not renew automatically.
