4. Subscription Plans and Payment
We offer several subscription plans at different price points. All fees are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial subscription.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, and software available on MediWaqt are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
7. Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
MediWaqt services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or available without interruption. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the service.

These Terms are governed by Egyptian law. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be resolved in Egyptian courts.
