Our Journey
The MediWaqt Story
Founded by healthcare professionals who understood the challenges of running a practice firsthand, MediWaqt was born from a simple belief: there had to be a better way. Our founders experienced firsthand the frustration of managing appointments, patient records, billing, and staff coordination using outdated systems that were neither designed for the MENA region nor built with modern healthcare needs in mind.
The Beginning
MediWaqt was founded in Cairo with a small team of passionate healthcare and technology professionals united by a shared vision.
Platform Launch
After months of research and development, we launched our first version, serving 50 clinics across Egypt with core practice management features.
